Leadville training plan?

I am doing the Leadville 100 MTB in August. Besides the Plan Builder option, is there a basic Leadville training plan or template for a build up for the distances available through TR? Something that would incorporate the recommended strength training required and the outdoor longer and longer distances that are recommended? Right now I am in the middle of Sweet Spot Mid volume 1. Thanks for any assistance that you can give. I did the race last year in 12:29 and going back this year for a sub 12:00. Thanks.
