I dont race ever. But i like to perform well on shop rides and weekend rides. So I don’t need race specific training plans.

What would be the best training program. sweet spot base—build—— sweet spot base—— build and keep repeating?

Yup, that is a common recommendation. You can pick a different Build each time to get some variety.


I’m thinking of doing the same thing.
