Sorry to hear about the issues with your Ramp Test!
I’m going to follow-up with you via email so we can figure out what happened with your test. I’ll be able to get it properly restored in your Career.
So long that you have the feature “Pedal to Resume/Pause” enabled, the testing portion of the workout should automatically end once you reach your point of failure and stop pedaling. At this point, you’ll be prompted with your FTP recommendation. Then you’ll move into a cool-down portion of the workout. The workout will be complete and save at the end of that cool-down.
If you have “Pedal to Resume/Pause” disabled, the process is the same as above, except you need to pause the workout manually at your point of failure to trigger the FTP recommendation.
