Hi there, and welcome.
Are you used to this TSS weekly on the turbo trainer, and with 5-6hrs running and 10-13k swimming?
Did you do the Base phase?
If so, I doff my cap to you. I wouldn’t even start High Volume let alone add sessions to it!
. I’d add some endurance with Whorl or Pettit at most.
