Eight or so weeks into a Base Build plan I conducted a Ramp Test and my FTP had reduced by 2.5% (277 to 270), not to worry as my weight had dropped proportionally too.
However, I have discovered that workouts I commence in the remainder of the training plan have the intensity factor set at 98% or 97% percent. Is this a feature where increases or decreases in FTP part way through a plan result in the intensity factor for workouts adjusting by relative FTP percentage change rather than the remainder of the plan changing to match the new FTP?
