Hi I’m doing a half iron training plan on week 3 I have a double cycle day tunnabora and Tallac both 1 hr and then a run , is this right or have my fat fingers moved it from another day by mistake , this day is already surrounded with programs
That sounds like too much. What phase are you at and which plan volume did you chose?
You fat fingered something or accidentally added a workout. If you’re doing MV base, week 3 has Tallac with week 2 Tunnabora. Maybe you just dragged the workout or something.

You can go into the Training Plan pages and double check what the plan is supposed to show.
