Double cycle days on half iron

Hi I’m doing a half iron training plan on week 3 I have a double cycle day tunnabora and Tallac both 1 hr and then a run , is this right or have my fat fingers moved it from another day by mistake , this day is already surrounded with programs :sob:

That sounds like too much. What phase are you at and which plan volume did you chose?

You fat fingered something or accidentally added a workout. If you’re doing MV base, week 3 has Tallac with week 2 Tunnabora. Maybe you just dragged the workout or something.

Mid vol ,base phase

You can go into the Training Plan pages and double check what the plan is supposed to show.
