I’m using the middle distance triathlon plans (base, build and specialty) for an event 70.3 in May 2019. I’m currently in the middle of base phase. My work schedule suddenly changed. Do I have to delete and re-create new plans in the calendar to fit my new weekly schedule? Or is there a way to “edit” the current plans to reshuffle the weekly schedule without losing work already done? thanks.
No mid way option exists AFAIK. Gotta be done with shifting or reapply.
Thanks. By “shifting” you mean I manually move the workouts around? And “reapply” would mean I delete and re-enter new plan thereby losing my data up to now?
Yup, drag and drop on the website calendar.
If you delete the plan, your completed rides remain, no loss.
