I’m finishing ssb2 and looking for advice. Currently racing crit, but want to do well in a century and possibly road racing. What build plan would y’all suggest? Thanks.
I think you can’t go wrong with Sustained Power Build, but substitute a few anaerobic sessions in the second half to sharpen up the top end. Or maybe find a local chaingang ride to replace one of the tougher workouts in the week.
General Build is the one that rides the middle of the extremes you listed. It is a bit of everything and a solid pick if you want more flexibility in direction.
I agree, I race XCO (similar to Crits in power profile) and also MTB 100s (dirty century) and use General Build MV. It’s a great mix of both deciplines.
