Beginner Training Plan with Half Marathon in Aug

Apologies for a redundant post or if not following forum guidelines.

I’m currently training for a half marathon in Aug want to start incorporating cycling into my training (picking up my new bike today). I will subscribe to TR once my SNAP arrives … does anyone have a recommended training plan to use that allows me to focus on running and getting into cycling?


I would introduce the Low Volume Base Olympic Triathlon plan bike sessions into your running week, and consider substituting them in instead of your easy runs.
