Now that my half-ironman season is over, I’d like to run a “fast” half-marathon in exactly 2 months and try to finally go sub-20min on a 5K in 3 months. For this reason, I will be focusing on running more than cycling (and swimming).
However, I’d like to keep my cycling base or at least avoid losing too much of it. With that in mind, what TR plan do you guys suggest for me for the next 3 months?
