Looking through some threads this weekend and I’ve seen some people refer to themselves as anaerobic or sprinty or aerobic or diesel enginey.
Whilst I get what people are getting at I’m just wondering how they arrived at these determinations.
I guess my question is, if yousee yourself as one of the above how have you arrived at that.
And has defining yourself as such changes the way you train at all?
Just thought it might be an interesting conversation to have.
