Altering My Season (planner)

Hey all, sorry if this is an obvious question, but I need a bit of functional help using the plan builder.
I had races canceled like most of you, but I still want to build and peak around the same time (was aiming for TT nationals at the end of July).
Next week is a scheduled rest week, but I’ve been crazy with school and tired so I’m taking a few days off this week.
I want to keep my general plan that I had, but I want to shift the entire thing back a week (meaning next week would start Specialty instead of my rest). I also need to delete some races, but I want to keep my A-event training on-point whether it goes through or not. Can anyone walk me through the best way to do that without starting an entirely new plan in the plan builder? Or would that just be easier?
