Hi all, Quick question: I’m currently out of commission with a knee injury. I’ve been failing my workouts and marking them as “Injured,” but I’m wondering if the AI is smart enough to re-calculate my plan based on that?
Should I keep failing them so the AI learns, or is it better to just add an “Injury” annotation to the calendar and let it do its thing? Thanks in advance!
It will recalculate your plan in terms of the fitness you’re losing/not gaining through not completing or skipping workouts while you deal with the injury. Though if you know there’s a period where you won’t be training or will only be doing light, low volume riding while you heal then might as well mark that up in advance.
What it obviously can’t do is diagnose your knee injury and prescribe appropriate volume and intensity for working your way back to full training. Need a PT for that.
