60 mins max time for a session


I’ve been playing around with the training planner and overall happy with the volume. However is it possible to do a maximum session of 60mins? Some days it’s 75 or 90mins.

Do I just pick a plan and adjust on the day it’self? Sorry if it’s a stupid question but been looking around the site and just can’t see anythng that answers the question.


Most of the workouts these days have “minus” version is shorter. I have often switched to this when I’ve been short on time. =)
