3x/wk -tue/thur 3.5 hrs and sun 2 hrs

suggestion on what plan to choose or use train now option, taking into cosideration the different phases every 6 to 8 weeks? Have tue/thur 3 to 4 hours to train and sun i have 1.5 to 2 hours to train.

A TR plan is unlikely to get you those hours on a 3x/week plan (low volume), unless your progression levels are near to topped out…. I’m speculating of course because my PL’s are NOT topped out.

I’m not even certain you can get those those hours using train now to be honest.
