Hey all
I’ve started a half triatlon training plan, indicated I want intermediate time availability (6 hours).
My first week is 8 hours 45 minutes, my second week 8 hours 58 minutes, etc… There are 26 weeks in the training plan, 15 are over 10 hours, 1 is under 8 hours.
What am I missing here?

Our triathlon plans are still undergoing some changes with the recent updates to Plan Builder. The Low/Mid/High Volume descriptors are currently only reflective of our cycling plans, so they don’t match up well with our triathlon plans right now. Sorry for the confusion on this – we are working on getting that changed!
In the meantime, it may be better to switch to a Low Volume plan instead. The Low Volume triathlon plans will get you closer to that 6 hour per week goal you’re looking to hit. It will be about 3-4 hours of cycling with the rest of your workouts dedicated to your swim and run workouts.
