Really enjoyed this podcast. Any chance you could start doing podcast notes? In particular, I would be really interested in getting the list of upgrades you discuss with links to relevant suggestions. I realise it is more work but would be appreciated, and maybe you can start affiliate accounts with the suppliers so that it funds itself!
Hey H!
We have recently promoted an employee to work solely on the Podcast and the related content, so as he gets up to speed and we become more efficient in production, we may have resources to devote to things like this 🙂
Thanks for listening!
Really enjoyed this podcast but frankly it freaked me out a little. I’m doing Leadville this year and other than the necessity to acclimate to the altitude hadn’t realized how detrimental it would be on my ability to make power. So should I be looking at my PM less and relying on HR and/or RPE as the altitude goes up?
Stay tuned for the upcoming podcast! I’ve shared your question with the guys and they will be discussing it tomorrow 🙂
