I just jumped on the bike to do a ride. I do my tr workouts through Zwift and have never had an issue before. This time however I started the ride and quickly realised the power targets reflected my ftp prior to my aiftp update yesterday. I ended the ride and deleted it. Ive done this is the past and ive always been able to restart the correct ride. This time, when I went to reopen the ride through Zwift it had disappeared and been replaced by a different ride than the one on my tr calendar and this ride too did not reflect my updated FTP. I checked trainerroad and the correct ride is still prescribed with the correct power targets. I tried deleting the connection between Zwift and TR then reconnecting but it didn’t change anything. Is this a me thing or is anyone else having problems? Is it a TR thing or a Zwift thing? Thanks
I’ve seen at least the issue of the outdated FTP in Zwift as well. My assumption would be that the workout gets uploaded to Zwift with the then correct FTP and zones to Zwift before a FTP change in TR and TR can’t or fails to update the already present workout after the update.
Only had the issue once so far, and caught it in time to adapt the FTP manually in Zwift.
I can’t see my tr workouts on zwift from 19. I did canseled my subscription to both services that day but I still have 2 weeks left on both. I disconnected and reconnected the two account but didn’t make any difference.
I have lodged a support ticket on this. No TR workout exported to Zwift today (worked previously, followed all instructions, apps up to date, disconnected & reconnected, etc.). Maybe I’m doing something wrong, otherwise hopefully fixed soon … really, really soon ![]()
They have changed syncing so that rides will only appear on Zwift the day they are scheduled
When did this happen? Over the last week I still saw the workouts for the next 1-2 days on the list of available TR workouts (not on the Zwift main menu, in the workout menu)
Next day and here is another example of incorrect syncing. It’s only a couple of watts out but still…
They switched this week.
If you find a solution let me know thanks
@Liammerrick as it seems there really is an issue either in TR or Zwift, maybe add the “Bug” tag to this topic. This might raise the interest from support to join in and possibly look into it
@Liammerrick just updated to iOS 26.3 on phone and it’s working.
Try updating to 26.3 on iPhone / ipad
I’m on 26.3 already, old software is not the cause of my issues. I’ve disconnected & reconnected multiple times. Once disconnected, I’ve also logged out of both TR and Zwift on all devices (apps and browers) plus cleared the caches on my devices. Awaiting further advice for the wonderful Support team.
It’s back not working again. I’m in contact with support who say they are aware of the issue and are investigating
Yeah.. I also reported something like this in the past week or so. Unfortunately it cooks up our FTP predictions
Just make sure you set it correctly on Zwift manually and verify the data before starting the workouts. I’ve increased the difficulty by 2% also, just to make sure.
Oh man… It’s way worse now. I was just preparing to do my workout today and saw that there was no workouts from TR on Zwift whatsoever. So I went to TR web and saw that there are no Z(wift) icons there as well. It’s not syncing at all currently for me. Then I went back to the TR desktop app on windows and it just keeps crashing saying “something went wrong” and a “go back” button in loop. I will try uninstalling it and reinstalling to check if that works. I only have a very limited amount of time to get this VO2 Max workout in… ![]()
Training there are quite a few people experiencing this now. I’ve had 1 of 3 workouts upload to Zwift since Friday. Thanks
Uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app worked
. It’s been at least a year I didn’t use it ![]()
Do you know whether it works using the web portal? I schedule workouts using the website, and none of them have appeared on Zwift for weeks.
