Zwift/TR sync issue

I never used the web portal to do my workouts, so I wouldn’t know. My guess is if they worked in the past they probably are still working currently.

Nope. At least not as of yesterday.

Do you at least see the little zwift icons indicating that they should have been synced? If even those don’t appear, there might be something wrong with your access setup between Zwift and TR.

If you see the icons, it likely is another issue. Have you already tried zwift on another device, ideally with a different OS and checked if it persists there as well? If not, a reinstall might already help

Thank you. I will check tomorrow. I run Zwift on my Apple TV and never had a problem importing TR workouts until the last week or so.

Hi. I’m suffering the same issue. There is no icon in TR and no workout in Zwift. Logging in / out, deleting apps and reinstalling, moving workouts etc etc . Doesn’t work. Thanks

As you didn’t explicitly list it, have you already tried disconnecting Zwift from TR and reconnecting it again? The lack of icons points towards something being wrong in the setup of the connect between the services.

If that doesn’t work, I’d reach out to the support directly. This reads more like an issue with your account and its setup than the software.

It’s fixed. They have reversed the update that was causing it.

Yesterday my workout was not sync’d to Zwift. Turned out to be one that had been mysteriously set to “TrainerRoad - Outdoor” (green ride on the calendar).

I changed it to Indoor, and the AI changed up the workout and sync’d it to Zwift immediately.

Is anyone still having issues with Zwift syncing?

We had an issue pop up that was stopping some workouts from pushing over to Zwift, but that has been resolved.

Let me know if there’s anything I can help out with!

on saturday’s workout i added 2% to the intensity using the zwift connect app because it was still using my previous ftp. Today i manually updated my ftp on zwift so there is still that isn’t quite working automatically yet. the correct workout came up and with the correct power targets once id updated the ftp. i didnt try opening the ride, quitting, deleting and re-opening the same ride to see if that was resolved. that was something that didnt work when i first noticed there was a problem last week.

I don’t think FTP translates between the apps as of now. That’s something you have to keep up with on your own.

I’m just asking if everyone’s workouts are syncing from TR to Zwift, since that was the original issue in this thread.

If you’re having other issues, feel free to reach out!

Mine is working fine now. Thanks

I think the FTP issue, as noted in another thread, is that if a workout has been pushed to Zwift, and then the user has an FTP update in TR, the workout is not ‘re-synced’ either Zwift at the new FTP level.

Thanks @eddie - my TR workouts exported over to Zwift yesterday without issue. Glad to see it wasn’t user error at my end … this time :joy:

I have had no issues with TR workouts showing up in Zwift . I have the other issue. Once in a while the completed workout in Zwift does not show back up in TR. I’m on all apple stuff.

I am still having an issue. I have Zwift with my TR workout. It has the correct intervals and FTP. BUT ZWIFT appears to be ERG mode’ing me wrongly, like several watts down and so, my AI FTP goes down a lot because of this. Maybe I should start a new thread with this and see if someone else has the same issue. I’m using zwift with TacX Neo2T and retrieving power from my Favero Uno Assioma pedals.

I believe there is an issue with some Tacx trainers that aren’t properly following ERG commands from workouts..

I can dig in a bit to see what I can find. :detective:

Are you using a Mac?

Not using a Mac. Using Windows 10. Thanks @eddie !

Different issue but rode in Zwift today with zero pauses but when ride synced back to TR it shows over 3 minutes of paused time. Any suggestions on how to correct this? I swear I peddled non-stop but for 2 seconds to tighten a shoe!! Thanks!

This looks similar to another issue we’ve seen somewhat recently that was fixed.

I’ll report this to the team and let you know what we hear back.
