Had been all fine up until yesterday but after TR FTP update today no workouts uploaded to Zwift. Have tried disconnecting/ reconnecting on both ends but no luck.
Anyone else had this?

Hey @Heffs ![]()
Over the next week, we’re rolling out an update to how workouts sync to Zwift, Strava, and Garmin Connect. Instead of syncing multiple days in advance, workouts will now sync 1 day ahead (probably why you don’t see it on Zwift yet). Athletes may notice fewer future workouts appearing in their third-party calendars, which is expected with this change. We’re rolling this out gradually to monitor impact and ensure a smooth transition ![]()
Thanks. Didn’t have anything scheduled for today but have added something and I see that syncs fine so just coincidence it happened on the day of an FTP change.
Thanks again!
Hi there, I have a workout scheduled for tomorrow and its not appearing on Zwift. I have unconnected and reconnected several times and tried moving the workout in the calendar. Any suggestions thanks
If you find a solution let me know and I will do the same thanks
Seems to be an ongoing bug @Caro.Gomez-Villafane but clearly not widespread:
Update: we have temporarily removed this update as we found some issues issues with it, so everything should be working as before.
That said, once we roll out the update the Sync to Zwift is triggered at midnight according to the atheltes time zone and will send any workouts on the atheltes calendar for that specific day.
I’m seeing issues with syncing to zwift today (worked Saturday). I tried disconnect/reconnect, moving the ride to tomorrow and back to today, refreshed, etc. But it won’t sync.
I’ve had this exact issue today. Why is there not a manual resync option? This is the second time it’s happened while I’ve been subscribed and it’s very disruptive to my day when it happens.
I’m having the same issue today - been moving the workout to a different day and then back again, multiple times, without anything appearing in Zwift. Been trying to connect with TrainingPeaks to get the workout pushed there, which also isn’t working for any of my future rides.
Agreed that a manual resync option would be greatly appreciated.
After wasting 25 mins at stupid o’clock this morning trying to get the workout to sync, I gave up and have resorted to manually recreating the workout in the Zwift workout builder. I’ll have to do this workout tonight when I was planning on doing something else.

Why would you do this? Does this mean that I can’t throw an ad-hoc workout into my day or adjust the workout durations/efforts based on life events? The decision seems really inflexible.
Hi @Caro.Gomez-Villafane, same issue here, workouts not syncing with Zwift ???
I have to wait midnight to see the workouts in Zwift ???
Thanks.
Nope, don’t worry! Workouts still sync over immediately when you add or change them. The midnight sync detail just means that today’s workout won’t send over until today. Practically, this isn’t a difference that you should notice.
Hey everyone, we had a bug with Zwift syncing pop up overnight. We’ve resolved the issue and any unsynced workouts should now be available for you to complete in Zwift. Sorry for the inconvenience!
