Zwift ride not syncing

When I compete my ride in Zwift it doesn’t match to the planned workout and then adds another ai workout. What am I doing wrong. Ps this used to work for me

Since you have Strava connected, you may be experiencing this same thing:

Hey, this is a little technical, but here’s what’s happening. When we receive completed Zwift workouts directly from Zwift, they contain better and more useful data than when we receive them from Strava. But counterintuitively, we occasionally receive the completed activity more quickly from Strava than we do directly from Zwift. Because the Zwift file is preferable, if you have both services connected we wait to “match” the workout to the completed activity until it comes directly from Zwift.…

I am not sure if you are running TR and Zwift simultaneously, or your connection with Zwift got disconnected (this is a known issue on Zwifts side).

To capture indoor and outdoor rides with garmin it’s preferable to pair garmin connect and Zwift and to disconnect strava?

Nope, there’s no reason to disconnect Strava. You can keep it connected and we’ll sort out the workouts when they arrive.

I am actually having this same issue. The activity syncs over but is not associated with the planned workout. There is also not an option in the activity synced from zwift to pair it with the planned workouts. I end up having to delete and then reupload the activity after each workout in order for the workout association option to be visible
