Today, I kicked off my workout plan and the workout for today (suggested by plan builder) was Lewesdon. I finished the workout in Zwift and then the completed workout synced with Strava & Zwift. But when I look at the calendar, the workout doesn’t seem to complete out. In other words, TrainerRoad thinks I have 2 workouts scheduled for today (Feb 10).
I’m guessing some kind of setting is incorrect on my end.
Earlier (a few days ago), I did a workout and it seemed that Strava and Zwift both synced correctly:
Hey, this is a little technical, but here’s what’s happening.
When we receive completed Zwift workouts directly from Zwift, they contain better and more useful data than when we receive them from Strava. But counterintuitively, we occasionally receive the completed activity more quickly from Strava than we do directly from Zwift.
Because the Zwift file is preferable, if you have both services connected we wait to “match” the workout to the completed activity until it comes directly from Zwift. Usually this means our system ends up waiting a few seconds for the Zwift file to arrive, but occasionally the difference in time can be noticeable.
On today’s activity, the Strava icon (and lack of Zwift icon) in the footer shows that we only received it from Strava. On your other workout from a few days ago, you can see both icons, which means we got it from Zwift (and automatically matched the workout).
I’d wait a little while and see if the Zwift file arrives. If it does, we’ll automatically match it and remove the duplicate. If it doesn’t, you can manually right-click the activity on your calendar and choose to “Match” with the planned workout.
If this continues to be an issue, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zwift account with TrainerRoad.

@SeanHurley Thanks a bunch! That makes sense. I just checked a minute ago and everything has synced up:
Per your earlier comment, it seems we may have just have to wait a few moments (or minutes).
Appreciate the insight & clarification.
