I usually pack two snacks when I go to work every day. Most days I have a CLIF Whey Protein Bar for my morning snack and Power Crunch Protein bar in the afternoon. Those are just my favorite of the lower sugar protein bars. Oh yea, I also bring a banana as well. I usually have that a little after breakfast.

I’m pretty average. Fresh or dried fruit, those little cans of tuna, pickles/olives with cheese, clif bars, vegemite toast, homemade baked stuff, seaweed, martinis, entire boxes of wagon wheels…
All kinds of nuts. And don’t anyone take that the wrong way!!
