I recently bought a Macbook Air after years of Windows. When I tried to log into Workout Creator, I couldn’t type the letter e. All the other letters worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks

I haven’t used workout creator in a really long time, but I have used interval.icu’s workout creator and it’s very easy once you get the sequence down. I suggest giving it a try.
Credit to copilot for the following instructions:
Creating a 60‑min workout with 2×20 tempo in Intervals.icu
-
Open Workout Builder
Go to Workouts → Library → New Workout. -
Set total duration to 60:00
Use the duration field at the top. -
Add warm‑up (10:00)
Insert a Steady or Ramp block at ~50–70% FTP. -
Add Tempo Interval #1 (20:00)
Insert a Steady block at your tempo intensity (e.g., 80–90% FTP). -
Add recovery (5:00)
Insert a Steady block at ~50–60% FTP. -
Add Tempo Interval #2 (20:00)
Same as interval #1. -
Add cool‑down (5:00)
Insert a Steady or Ramp block at ~50–40% FTP. -
Save the workout
Name it something like “2×20 Tempo – 60min”.
Hi. Sorry for being late in responding. Unfortunately I can’t get it to work. I’ll just have to use my old HP computer when I want to create a workout.
what i did is to copy my password from somewhere else and paste it in the log in.
