I am trying to create a custom workout. I downloaded the app but when I log into it for the first time using my user name the input box switched to emojis when I input an “i” in the user name field. In addition I get a bunch of error pop ups. SO ANNOYING!!! If this is no longer supported delete it!
Hey there,
This is actually a somewhat common issue with Workout Creator on Macs:
- You type an “e” and the emoticon keyboard pops up
- You type a “d” and you get the dictation item
Emoticon Keyboard Fix:
- Click the Apple logo in the top right-hand corner and go to “System Preferences…”
- Go to keyboard
- Click the Shortcuts tab and go to App Shortcuts
- Click the ‘+’ sign and put WorkoutCreator as the application
- Under Menu Title, input Emoji & Symbols
- For Keyboard Shortcut, press Option + Command + e
- Click add
Dictation Fix:
- Click the Shortcuts tab and go to App Shortcuts
- Click the ‘+’ sign and put your app
- Under Menu Title, input 'Start Dictation… ( with three dots )
- For Keyboard Shortcut, press Option + Command + D
- Click add
Let me know if this helps!

Now I am not prompted to use emojis or dictation but the login fails. It just keeps looping back with my user name and password entered in the fields. This is a HORRIBLE experience.
