Proper interesting eposide this.

I was wondering when I was going to see this pop up on the forum. Very educational for me and should be interesting to see podcasts and coaches start updating their nutrition / training guidance for women.

Men really should give this a listen too if for no other reason than to understand there are some very distinct timing for good and bad training days and for us guys to not just tell our female friends to just gut it out and eat 100g of carbs per hour.

Every coach should own a copy of Roar, IMHO. There’s stuff in there I even use for myself (hydration mix).
