Will miss a future workout

If I know I am going to miss a workout on Wednesday (for Christmas), but would like to do one today when I am scheduled off. Is there a way to get the training plan to recognize and rebuild my plan for this week? Or should I just do a “Train Now” workout today and “miss” Wednesdays?

The web calendar is easiest, just drag Wednesday’s workout to today. In the app I think you’ll have to open and edit Wednesday’s workout and give it today’s date.

Yup…@HLaB is correct.

Alternatively, don’t worry about it. Hit the Train Now button for today and do what comes up, OR just skip the Weds workout and don’t think twice about it. No single workout is going to make or break your plan.

Either one of these options will work just fine. :grin:

TrainNow is more in line to give you the workout that we think you should do today, but if you’re more concerned with getting all of your workouts for the week in, just drag Wednesdays over. :slightly_smiling_face:

This case does seem relatively simple of swapping a rest day for a recovery day. I decided to go the Train Now and miss Wednesday’s workout route. I’m new to TR, so wanting to see the functionality at work.
