Missing a workout & catching up

Hi, I’m on a low volume base fitness plan and I should be training this evening but unfortunately I’m stuck at work.

Can I catch up on today’s workout that is planned in my calendar tomorrow morning? Will the calendar allow me to load up the same workout or should I scrap that one and ask TR to recommend me a work out tomorrow?

You can select yesterday’s workout in the app without issue.

Yes. I have even doubled up when I had to miss a work out or 2.

You can also just drag it on your calendar to tomorrow.

As others said, catching up on a missed workout is no problem!
