Ramp test done. 3% gain. I was actually a little disappointed in the numbers when the test completed. I felt way stronger lately. Then I realized that I actually accomplished all the goals I had for SSB1 phase.
Outcome Goal: Get back under 170lbs by Christmas. Result was 11 lbs lost since November 1st. 169.2 this morning.
Process Goal: Be consistent with training. Dont miss a workout. Result was no workouts missed. Lots of 4am workouts was the only way to make it work.
Stretch Goal: Be back to 3.0w/kg or better. Result: Hit 3.0 exactly. I knew losing weight and expecting a big FTP gain was counterproductive.
Tallac +3 done early this morning as part of SSBHV2 (week 5). Was so tempted to skip Xmas day’s scheduled workout but feel much better having gutted out the full 2hrs and 134TSS scheduled. I Will now be eating like a pig!
