What should be the maintenance mode?

Let’s say we not aiming a A priority race but a league. What should be the maintenance plan through out a week after build period? League races are normally 85 to 100km.

I would pick an appropriate Specialty plan, likely Low Volume, and progress thru that. Add or substitute outside rides and races as needed.
