What PR did you hit today?

The most important thing - next 90 days without 5 min power test;)

My last outside ride was an odd one on the PR side. Hit all time PRs on 1 and 2 sec power as well as on 2.5hour power.

Last Zwift Racing League WTRL race of the season and I never had legs like this.

Especially on the climbs, I didn’t feel the chain (well, technically Kickr Bike doesn’t have one).

A little annoying to be dropped early on the descent, but pretty happy with the race still.

Lots of PR’s today during 90min B endurance ride on zwift with 4min sprint finish. This is after my first 3 consistent weeks with training! I think the PR’s are for 1m all to 8m and 90min  I’m down to 65kg too!

Now you just need to extend your 2 second power to 2.5 hours and you will be flying… literally!

switched back to the 20 min FTP test and got power pr’s from ~9min to ~32 min.

Your FTP was, “delicately” outdated;)

That FTP was based on feel after my 340mile A-event 5 weeks ago. previous legit FTP was 283(based off a Ramp Test)

Surrey Hills is a fun but brutal course. I wish there were more races on it.

Yeah, I like the course a lot, too. Especially for Zwift Racing League, where you can score intermediate points on the segments. Fits my power profile pretty well. Cobbled climbs fit me surprisingly terrible in comparison.

just hit a pr for easiest easy ride–despite actually pedaling, HR at 54% of max!

Not quite as extreme but I got on a fast 25miles TT course on the 15th. Its basically out and back twice (4 legs). On the first leg I found my self comfortably doing 50-60w over my indoors FTP. Expecting pain on the 2nd and 3rd legs, I reeled it in slightly (but still comfortably 40w over my indoors FTP. I was still feeling fine on the 4th leg so I finally upped it on the last leg to an average of 65w over my indoors FTP and upped it again in the last 8minutes to 85w over my FTP. I still felt relatively fresh on completion and my HR stats said that. I was 90% of the time in the tempo zone and only upped it to threshold in that last 8minutes. I still scored a 4.5 minutes pb :exploding_head:

My previous best I had went wrong at the start but my last 25miles just last September I was constantly at THHR and finished 20bpm above the 15th and technically beat the hour by 15s. It was also a dual c/w course but potholed and just 2 longer legs. So I was confident I could do it but I did it by just over 3minutes :exploding_head:

Today’s pr was the number of times I can swear at my drivetrain for skipping and being a bit shit!

Not the best pr I could hope for.

3hr mtb races bring out the PRs, huzzah

Good to see I still had some power in my legs at the end of a fast 2hr club ride yesterday. Season PRs in the sprint.

Distance! Went 64.38 miles and 2200+ feet of elevation. Man, I felt so much stronger at the halfway-point climb (PRed that one as well). I’d usually just be trying to keep me and the bike upright and pointed forward-ish at that point, but we looped it and did the climb a second time.
