I have some Zwift race coming up in next two months, just wondering what kind of workout you will add in between? I plan to do either a TT or a regular race per week. thanks for the feedback!
Don’t just pick random workouts. Pick a plan, assuming your goal is to improve your abilities on the bike. Or use plan builder and add your zwift races to that.
I recommend doing low volume plans if you want to race at the same time.
