I’m thinking about back to trainerroad after couple month of break. I was changed my season goal by reason famil/work responsibilities strictly to zwift races. now I’m racing two times per week. is there anyone who’s trying merge something like this with TR training plan? at this time I’m only racing and doing some Z2 rides
You can change the workouts in plan builder to Zwift races, and then TR will build the rest of your plan around it. May not be perfect for what you want but It’s worth a look!

But are trainerroad will give me some intensity dispate that 2 zwift races in week or only fill my plan with z2 ride?
Depends how many days a week you will be training and what scheduled workouts of the week you swap to be Zwift Races
