Lots of great beers out there but this is my latest discovery and it’s a standout! In my experience, it’s tough to find good Belgian ales that are brewed outside of Belgium but this is an exception. In fact, this Garage Brewing Tripel is as good or better than any I’ve tried… and it’s cheap!
Treehouse Impermanence. Imperial milk stout with vanilla, coffee and chocolate. If you are in New England and a beer fan you have probably heard of Treehouse. Only available at the brewery, they have a huge cult following. TBH, I think a bunch of their beers are overrated, but this one is really good
Not a big beer drinker (Guinness on a rare occassion), but went to Switzerland recently (Ironman Zurich) and fell in love with Rugenbrau, made in Interlaken. Will have to see if I can find it here in the US
Just enjoyed a Kane Retractable Skeg post-race. Hazy DIPA. NJ brewery and excellent if you can get it.
Forgot to grab a pic, but had dinner at ABGB (Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co.) and had a really good sour called Kitten Mittons.

In München at Hacker Pschorr - Weissbier und Radler
Castellvecchio Bianco apparently:
Lots of really good beer in New England! All excellent choices you have there. If you can find Mason’s Double Hipster Apocalypse NEIPA highly recommend that. The regular Hipster Apocalypse is good, but the double makes it great.
Enjoyed a ‘Sour Flower’ last night from Henniker Brewing, super super tasty!

2 weeks till A race this is the only beer at the moment ![]()
That might change very soon after crossing the finish line
