I’m very new to TR so this might be a very simple question, but I couldn’t find any answers when searching online.
After creating my account, TR pulled in all of my prior activities from Strava and Zwift. I understand that there are no “planned” workouts from my past activities because this was prior to my TR account, but the weekly sums don’t make sense to me. For the time and TSS summations on the left side of the “/”, TR seems to be only summing up one or two activities, but never all of the activities performed in a week. I could understand it summing up zero or all activities, but I can’t figure out why it’s only selectively choosing certain activities to include in my weekly total. Is there a setting I need to change? See image below.
Not sure specifically why some are not being included but looking at the IF you have for those rides, something is a little screwed up

I just pulled up your account to take a look, but it seems like the rides aren’t there anymore. Any chance you deleted them from your TR account?
If that’s the case, it could be worth just re-syncing TR and Strava. We have a good TR Support article on that in case you need the steps!

I think I got it halfway figured out. For the rides that were not included in my weekly total, I noticed that the two boxes below were not checked when editing the ride details:
Beyond that, I’m not sure why certain rides were excluded from my career. Maybe TR excludes ride data from your career if the IF exceeds a certain threshold?
In regards to the other two comments, in the process of setting up my account, TR assigned me with an initial FTP that is roughly half of what my actual is. This was before importing my Strava data and before my ramp test, so maybe it was based on my response to how much I “train”. I was going through manually adjusting my FTP for each ride to get the IF correct, but with all the rides that I would have to edit, I figured it would be easier to just delete all my data and reimport it with the correct FTP setting in my account. I haven’t yet been able to successfully reimport all of my past rides, even with the 48h waiting period, so I’ll be trying it again in a few days.
Got it – making sure those Career Inclusion boxes are ticked should help, and your updated FTP should make your imported data more useful!
