I just joined TR in November so this is mostly outdoor riding and running. I biked from Vancouver to San Francisco in September this year (with camping gear), it was fantastic. Looking forward to an even better 2025 with TR training and more trips! (51F)
Same number of hours as last year (at least I’m consistent) but across 15 fewer days → more longer days in the saddle but, sadly, no century for me this year, either (second year in a row ). 20% of rides were outside - an increase from last year and mostly due to Hains Point Hämmerfest and riding at Anacostia Park before work. 33% more (virtual) climbing this year than 2023.
Pretty poor compared to previous years but I’m gonna play the “dead mum” card. So considering I couldn’t look at the bike for months and the turbo only restarted about 2 months ago it’s not that bad.
