Down from last year but that’s expected as I intentionally focused on recovery days, especially since I traded swimming for running and generally took the day off following a jog.
I don’t put all of my strength training on Strava, so the total hours/days is a touch low I presume. A bit of a depressing decrease from last year. I’m sure I did more MTB this year to account for some of the distance, but the hours don’t lie.
