Turning plan adaptation ON/OFF manually - will it work well?

Hey @bikeonbikesonbike

That’s correct, turning RLGL off won’t affect Adaptive Training.

Unlike Garmin’s readiness score, our fatigue management system is aimed at preventing long-term fatigue.

Our CEO Nate goes over it here:

A great analogy is the spending analogy. If you decide to complete the scheduled workout, you will have to pay back that loan on your body in the form of rest in the coming days. RLGL shows you when you are taking out that loan and how to pay it back. If you keep on training without paying back the loan via rest, then the loan accumulates and you risk long-term fatigue.

Note: these are at the end-of the-day recommendations, so it’s up to you if you want to accept them or not as you know your body best…or turn them off entirely
