Turkey sandwiches

Here’s my offering.
Turkey sandwich with PB Fit and Quince paste (Membrillo)
White(or brown) sourdough bread
Turkey breast slices.
PB Fit (powder) mixed with water to make a creamy consistency.
Spread both slices of bread thickly with the PB (no butter on bread, it doesn’t add anything!)
put the turkey slices on one piece ,then spread some Membrillo over the turkey, then put the other slice on top.
You can substitute the Membrillo for Cranberry sauce if you prefer.

Another favourite of mine is a banana and PB Fit sandwich. You could add some turkey to that! :poultry_leg: :poultry_leg: :poultry_leg:

Peanut butter?

Turkey problem solved.

Just as I shopped for black pepper and more fresh bread my son stuffed the lot while I was out! :sweat_smile:

My mom makes one with mayonnaise, onion, radish, celery, salt, and pepper. :drooling_face:
