I’m working through a full distance triathlon training plan right now and have had to move some of the workouts to accommodate my life/schedule. Balancing the different types of workouts (swim, bike, run, strength) is hard enough, but add in Endurance, Tempo, Sweet Spot, VO2, drills, etc… Like everyone, I’m hoping to get the most from my workouts and effort. Adaptive Training and other features have been helpful to help me focus on not burning myself out.
How can I identify which are the most crucial workouts for continuing to improve and focus my time there? Any advice for scheduling 7 workouts into 6 days (I take Saturdays off for rest and time with family)?
