I just wanted to see how other people are fitting in the full distance plans with their working week? Say you have a swim and Run on a weekday…
I could get to a pool before work but it doesn’t open long enough before work to allow me to do the full 2k+ session.
Would people advise swimming 5 x a week just with shorter sessions to match weekly time/volume? Or I could swim after work and run later ( 9pm onwards)
