Assuming I get in. Any advice on training for the Mid South double? I have several years of Ironman experience. Anyone used a tri plan to train through this race.
How much time do you have to train in a week total? You could do a Tri plan but you will need to compensate for the missing stress of the swims.
I’d say 12-15 hrs. typically per week available to train. Closer to the race I’d be able to bump it up a bit.
