Training question

Just finished a 70.3. Did all the stages of training from TR.
8 weeks until the next 70.3
Any suggestions regarding how to train this 8 weeks? Do an entire base vs specialty, combination?

what are your strengths/weaknesses?
what are the hardest parts of the 70.3 (what does the course look like?)

Without more details (as requested by others) its hard to say for sure - but probably take a week easy, then go do the first (or last) six weeks of one of the build cycles and then taper into the race
