Just finished the Chattanooga 70.3 this weekend. Great race and the Trainer Road base, build, specialty Mid volume had me well prepared. Now looking at using this fitness for a ToughMan 70.3 at the end of Sept. Race is 18 weeks away start of next week. So repeat Build and Specialty? Or half base, full build, cut some specialty? Thanks for the advice.

I’m pretty much the same, did a 70.3 this weekend that didn’t go to plan so rebuilding for one in the middle of September after a week off and a week of unstructured training.
