Training load feels very light

@nvalphen is on to something here. We base a lot of your prescribed training on your recent training history. It looks like you had a decent little training spike in May, but otherwise, your training load has been relatively low since November of last year.

Based on all of the data we have from many, many different riders, we know that it’s not sustainable to ramp training stress too quickly, which is why we recommended the plan that you’re currently on. You can, of course, make changes if you’d like, but we recommend starting where you’re at and slowly ramping up as you progress.

You do have the option to re-check our training volume recommendations at any point by simply clicking on the title of your plan when viewing your calendar, as shown below.

I know you might feel some pressure to get some hard training in before your upcoming event, but between now and then, you likely won’t benefit a ton from piling on a bunch of new stress. I’d instead focus on knocking out what’s on your plan with good quality and consistency. :raising_hands: :flexed_biceps:
