Trainer road does not have [on bike] resistance strength workouts?

I can not find resistance strength training. at cadence between 60 and 70rpm between 88 and 94 ftp


I believe You can do the Sweetspot workout at 60-70 RPM- You Will need to be in ERG mode.

I have seen in some workouts, in workouts notes from Chad it is suggested reducing the Cadence.

It sometimes not recommended due to the Strain it causes on knees, so you have to be mindful of that
