Hi all, just curious if anyone else has experience with Tongcat Ali ( Eurycoma longifolia Jack)?
It’s a natural supplement extracted from the roots of a Malaysian shrub. I researched it extensively before trying it during my last racing block. The science is compelling.
I’m not going to call it a miracle drug but I was able to complete the high volume Rolling Race specialty plan while doing multiple plyometric and weight sessions each week with less fatigue than normal. I raced twice during this block and was really impressive with my results.
