Still going sugar free yet, managed feb and now one week down in March. Still amazes me where you would find sugar.
Been eating more food and lost 2kg and this month I’m determined to eliminate crisps ( chips for US residents), trying to get back to 65kg and get my ftp back up although my training took a battering this week…
