I’m currently doin the SSB2 MV week 3
I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to swap the Saturday O/U workout to Sunday
As I would like to do a social low intensity 3-4 hr ride on Saturday
So as for missing a planned workout
Would you miss
Carpathian peak +2 (O/U). Or
Juneau-1 (sweetspot)
