Advise please… I’m doing SSB low volume I and looking at my work schedule i’ll be away on business during week 6 so unable to do my Tuesday and Thursday workouts. Would you advise pushing these workouts back or just doing the Saturday workout and then starting SSB low volume II the following week, Tuesday?
I’ve just had the same issue, and I took the view that as week 6 is recovery I’d just skip it and start straight on to SSB LV 2. Seemed to work okay for me.
That’s what I did for my Christmas holiday. Lined it up with a recovery and missed all the workouts. Came back and started up SSB2. Missing a week of a regular week is different though. In that case either push everything back or move your recovery week up to the missed week.
